PAYMENT TERMS

To secure your reservation, we kindly ask for your credit or debit card details as the preferred payment method when booking a treatment. While we do offer treatments without requiring a deposit, we highly recommend making a deposit of up to 50% in advance to secure your desired treatment. Additionally, please be aware that we have a cancellation policy in place, which is outlined below.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Kindly note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all treatments. If a cancellation is made within this time frame, charges of up to 50% of the treatment cost will be applicable. Additionally, any cancellations made on the day of the appointment or failure to show up will result in a 100% treatment charge as per our policy terms. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take your treatment booking seriously.

Payments will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation due to valid medical reasons, the cancellation fee will be waived. However, it is necessary to submit a doctor's certificate within 7 days of the treatment date to avoid charges.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

To ensure a hassle-free return process, please remember that all purchased products must be returned in their original, unopened condition with the seal intact. Similarly, we regret to inform you that treatments booked and deposits made are not eligible for refunds or exchanges..

HEALTH

Kindly inform us during the booking process if you are expecting so that we may customize your treatment to suit your specific requirements. Additionally, kindly disclose any medical conditions beforehand, as certain treatments may not be suitable for your health condition.

PRICING

Our pricing is subject to change over time, and we maintain the right to modify pricing without prior notice.

PATCH TESTING

Clients who wish to book laser hair or skin treatments must undergo a patch test beforehand. Additionally, if you are booking eyelash or eyebrow treatments for the first time, a patch test is required 24 hours prior to your appointment.

PERSONAL ITEMS

When visiting iinSkin clinic for treatments, kindly ensure that you collect all personal belongings. Please note that we cannot accept liability or responsibility for any items misplaced or lost within our premises.
